Dayclub vs Nightclub
Same world-class DJs, two completely different parties. Here's the difference in vibe, music, dress, hours and cost — and why most Vegas weekends do both.
Sun and pool, or dark and dance floor
A dayclub is a pool party — outdoors, in daylight, swimwear on, running from late morning into the early evening. Think Encore Beach Club and the Wynn and Marquee dayclubs: daybeds and cabanas around the water, DJs on a pool stage, a high-energy social scene in the sun.
A nightclub is the after-dark room — indoors, dress code on, running from around 10:30pm to close. XS, OMNIA, Zouk and Hakkasan: big production, headliner sets, the late-night peak. The same names often play both rooms across a weekend.
Most weekends do both
The classic Vegas day runs dayclub into nightclub — a pool party in the afternoon, a reset and dinner, then a nightclub table after midnight. Both run on a food & beverage minimum (a set amount you spend on bottles and/or food, not a cover), with tax, gratuity and the venue fee on top. Tell us the day and your group and we’ll line up the whole run, with preferential placement and complimentary upgrades when they’re available.
