The short hop

Decide Tuesday, party Saturday

No other city this size is this close: direct flights from YVR put you on the Strip in under three hours, in the same time zone. That makes Vegas the spontaneous weekend — and it makes us useful, because the one thing you shouldn’t do spontaneously is show up without a table. Tell us the night and we confirm it before you fly: guaranteed entry, the right section, a host expecting the group.

You spend with the venue directly in US dollars — your Canadian card works fine; budget a little for the exchange. No fees on our side.

Sun first

The dayclub is the Vancouver move

When it’s raining at home, there’s a pool party in the desert. Vegas dayclubs run roughly March through October — cabanas, daybeds, headline DJs from noon. We book the daytime section and the after-midnight table as one plan, so Saturday runs sun-up to sun-up without a queue in between.

Beyond the club

Festivals, the Canyon, the whole trip

Coming down for EDC or a festival weekend? We book the hotel near the venue and the afterparty tables. Want the Strip from the air or a Grand Canyon run? That’s our Vegas experiences desk. One message, the whole trip.

Straight answers

Vegas from Vancouver — common questions

Can I book a Las Vegas table from Vancouver before I fly?
Yes — tell us the club, your date and group size and the table is confirmed before you leave YVR. Guaranteed entry, the right section, and a host expecting you when you land.
How long is the flight — can we do Vegas in a weekend?
Under three hours direct from YVR, same time zone — no jet lag. Leave Friday after work, be at a table by midnight, dayclub Saturday, home Sunday night. It's the easiest big-weekend city on the west coast, which is why we can book the whole run on short notice.
How much is Vegas bottle service in Canadian dollars?
A table is a food & beverage minimum — a set amount you spend on bottles and/or food to hold your section, not a cover — with tax, gratuity and a venue fee on top. Minimums run from a few hundred US dollars at a back booth into the thousands for a dance-floor section on a headliner night. Pricing is in USD; your Canadian card converts at the day's rate. We quote the exact figure before you commit.
What about dayclubs — is the pool party worth it?
From Vancouver, absolutely — Vegas dayclubs run roughly March through October with the DJs you'd otherwise wait all year to see. A cabana or a daybed keeps the group together in the sun with bottles on ice. Pair it with a nightclub table the same day and the whole Saturday is one continuous run.
When should I book?
Early for big weekends and festival dates — those sell out months ahead. But the short flight makes Vancouver our most spontaneous market: if the group decides on Tuesday, message us and we'll do our best for the coming weekend.
