Visiting from Toronto

Vegas, Booked From Toronto

About five hours direct from Pearson — close enough that Vegas is Toronto's long-weekend move. We book your club table, your EDC weekend, the whole trip, before you fly. No booking fees.

Booked before you board

Confirmed before you clear Pearson

Direct flights leave Toronto for Las Vegas every day, and the flight is short enough to land in time for the night. The table should already be done: tell us the club and your dates and we confirm it before you fly — guaranteed entry, the right section, a host expecting your group. Everything happens over email and text on your hours.

You spend with the venue directly in US dollars — your Canadian card works fine; just budget a little for the exchange. No fees on our side.

EDC from the six

Toronto's EDC pipeline

Toronto sends one of the biggest international crowds to EDC Las Vegas every May. We book the hotel near the Speedway, set the afterparty tables, and can arrange a helicopter lift over the gridlock so the crew starts the night in the air. One message and the festival weekend is handled end to end.

The long-weekend run

Dayclub, dinner, megaclub — booked as one

The classic Toronto run: land Friday, dayclub cabana Saturday afternoon, steakhouse dinner, megaclub table after midnight, recover by the pool Sunday. For a birthday or a bachelor weekend we line up the whole sequence so nobody spends the trip on the phone.

Straight answers

Vegas from Toronto — common questions

Can I book a Las Vegas table from Toronto before I fly?
Yes — tell us the club, your date and group size and the table is locked before you leave Pearson. Guaranteed entry, the right section for your crew, and a host expecting you when you land.
How much is Vegas bottle service in Canadian dollars?
A table is a food & beverage minimum — a set amount you spend on bottles and/or food to hold your section, not a cover — with tax, gratuity and a venue fee added on top. Minimums run from a few hundred US dollars at a back booth into the thousands for a big dance-floor section on a headliner night. Pricing is in USD; your Canadian card converts at the day's rate, so budget a margin for the exchange. We quote the exact USD figure before you commit.
We're doing EDC from Toronto — can you handle the whole trip?
That's our favourite booking. Toronto turns out huge for EDC — we book the hotel near the Speedway, the afterparty tables, and can arrange a helicopter lift over the festival traffic. Send your dates and crew size and we build the weekend.
Big group for a long weekend — can you keep us together?
That's exactly what a table is for: everyone in together, no splitting the group in the general-admission line, bottles already on the table and a base for the night. Over a long weekend we'll line up a dayclub, dinner and the megaclub so the whole run is booked before you fly.
When should I book?
Early — the marquee rooms and every long weekend (May two-four, Canada Day, US holidays) sell out months ahead. The sooner you send dates, the better the table and the rate.
