NTNF is not responsible for refunds or cancellations of bookings made through affiliate links. Users are encouraged to review the refund policies of vendors before making any purchases.
- Booking with NTNF Directly:
- For users who make inquiries and come to an agreement with NTNF directly before making payments, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellation requests must be made no less than 96 hours prior to the scheduled booking and or are subject to the 3rd party vendors terms and conditions.
- A percentage of the booking fees will be deducted for administration fees upon cancellation. The exact percentage deducted will be communicated to the user at the time of booking and will depend on the specific circumstances of the cancellation.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and could take up to 10 business days.
- For users who make inquiries and come to an agreement with NTNF directly before making payments, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellation of Agreed Services:
- In the event that NTNF cancels a service agreement with a user due to unforeseen circumstances or other valid reasons, a full refund will be issued to the user promptly. NTNF will communicate any cancellations and refund procedures to the affected user via email or other contact methods provided.

- Users requesting refunds must contact NTNF through the provided email address or phone number with their booking details and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
