It’s a short hop from Vancouver and a five-hour flight from Toronto — close enough that Vegas is the obvious long-weekend. Tell us the night you want and we have the table confirmed before you leave: guaranteed entry, the right section for your group, and a host expecting you. We sort it over email and text, so you’re not on the phone to a club at midnight.

You spend with the venue directly in US dollars — your Canadian card works fine; just budget a little for the exchange. No fees on our side.

Canada turns out hard for EDC. We book the hotel near the venue, set up the afterparty tables, and can arrange a helicopter lift over the Speedway traffic so your group starts the night in the air instead of in a queue of cars. Tell us the festival and your dates and we handle the trip end to end.

Can I book a Las Vegas table from Canada before I go?
Yes — tell us the club, your date and group size and we lock the table in before you fly, so it's set when you land. We handle it over email and text, no late-night calls to a venue.
How much is bottle service in Vegas — and is it in USD?
A table is a food & beverage minimum (a set amount you spend on bottles and/or food to hold your section, not a cover) with tax, gratuity and a venue fee on top. Minimums run from a few hundred at a back booth into the thousands for a big dance-floor table on a headliner night. Pricing and your spend are in USD — your Canadian card converts at the day's rate. Budget a little extra vs the sticker number for the exchange.
We're flying in for EDC — can you sort that?
Yes. EDC traffic to the Speedway is infamous; we book your hotel near the action, set up afterparty tables, and can even arrange a helicopter lift over the gridlock. Tell us your dates and crew size.
Big group from Toronto / Vancouver — can you keep us together?
That's what a table does: guaranteed entry for everyone, no splitting up in the line, bottles already there and a host expecting you. Across a big group it's usually the better deal per person once you'd have paid cover and bar prices anyway.
When should I book?
Early — the best rooms, close-in tables and festival weekends sell out months ahead. The sooner you send your dates, the better we can place you.
